Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Delivery Options & Rates:

• UK Domestic Shipping: £4.99
  Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days from dispatch.

• Europe Shipping: £6.99
  Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days from dispatch.

• Rest of the World: £10.99
  Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days from dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs, or postal delays beyond our control.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Adeiá is not liable for any additional costs incurred during transit.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Adeiá piece. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

To initiate a return, please email contact@adeia.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear.

Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us via email to arrange this.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@adeia.co.uk within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
