“Goods” refers to the jewellery and related products sold on our site.
2. Contract Formation

When you place an order via our website, you make an offer to purchase goods. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order.

A contract is formed when we send you a confirmation email stating that your order has been accepted.
3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Prices include UK Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.

We accept payment via credit cards, debit cards and Paypal.
4. Shipping Costs & Delivery

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days from dispatch. -
Europe Shipping: £6.99
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days from dispatch. -
Rest of the World: £10.99
Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days from dispatch.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, import duties, or postal services in destination countries.
- For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Adeiá is not liable for any additional costs incurred during transit.
5. Consumer Rights, Returns & Refunds
Your Legal Rights & Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods (“cooling-off period”) for any reason.

To cancel, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt and return the goods in the condition you received them (unused, unworn, and with original packaging).
Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund if the item is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose. This right exists for a minimum period of 30 days from receipt.
Returns Procedure

To return an item, email us at contact@adeia.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
Non-Returnable Items

Because of hygiene reasons, earrings or body jewellery cannot be returned once worn.

Customised or personalised items may not be eligible for a return unless faulty or misdescribed.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or evidence of return).
6. Product Descriptions & Pricing Accuracy

We try to ensure product descriptions, images, sizes, weights, and other specifications are accurate. However, there may be variations due to the handmade nature of our goods.

Prices displayed are correct at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
7. Liability

We are not liable for loss or damage to goods after delivery in cases where you (the customer) fail to take reasonable care (e.g. improper storage or handling).

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights (designs, trademarks, images) belong to Adeiá. You may not use them without our written permission.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website is the one in force at the time of your order.
